Welcome Back to the Hurricane Report

I have taken a little time away from The Hurricane Report but it is time for me to get back on here since the 2012 Wedding Season is now in full swing. From March 1st to October 31st Premier DJ Entertainment (PDJE) and I have 135 shows confirmed throughout the Carolinas so it is going to be a very busy year for me.

I must say that I have really enjoyed 5 of my 6 last Weddings that I had. I honestly wish that all of my Weddings would turn out as well as these past 5. The 6th Wedding was not that bad other than the weather got pretty nasty on me and a horrible venue experience. The photo above was from the Walker Wedding Ceremony & Reception at the Springmaid Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach. This photo was taken after midnight. The party was done, most people were already gone, the staff was almost finished cleaning up but this great couple and a few of their family & friends did not want to leave. So after we took this photo, I talked all of them into running into the Ocean – AND THEY DID!!!

The photo below from the Marzolf Wedding in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Just as I did with the Walkers above, I wanted to end this fun evening on a high note that they will never forget – There was a swimming pool really close by so WHY NOT? so at the count of 3, a group of brave souls jumped right in.

My most recent wedding was a full Egyptian Wedding this past Sunday evening in Myrtle Beach. I have entertained multi-culture Weddings in the past where either the Bride or Groom was Thai, Greek, Egyptian or Moroccan but this was 99% Egyptian. I Loved It! Mary & Dr Ashraf Eldabh were married at the Greek Orthodox Church in Myrtle Beach before they came to the Pine Lakes Country Club for a great evening of wonderful food, Arabic dance music and an awesome belly dancer that really took the reception to a whole new level. Kelly Hawes is a professional Belly Dancer and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dancer.
